Mehtap Mae Ozkan is an engineer and former venture investor who has spent her career helping technology companies become operating businesses. She founded Field Runtime to bring multidisciplinary builders closer to the work—creating agent systems with teams, not around them, and making sure those teams can trust, own, and improve what is built.
